Amazing location

Owner of this place was always consistent w communication. The place was clean and well kept when we walked in. We stayed downtown Miami and it was walking distance to almost everything. It has a nice gym w lifting weights and the pool is a really nice place to hangout w friends. Owner is super nice and would respond quick

Good location and clean

The host was great and responsive when contacted. Unit was clean. Matresses are very thin and shower is a bit low pressure but overall a great and clean place. Parking was free but the 10 floors to get to the parking spot can be challenging (we had a small car so not an issue). The spring break crowds were a bit too much and noisey but other times might be better. Two pools, the gym and game room was great.
