The apart/hotel did not have a stocked kitchen (e.g pots, pans, utensils), it supplied us only with 2 sets of plates, bowls, 2 knives and 2 forks. No towels were in the room when we arrived, nor was there any toilet paper. The blinds were filthy. The mattress was hard. The water ran out for showers and restroom several times while we were there. No AC. Location however, was great. Walking distance to Chapultepec and to restaurants. We stayed out in the city the majority of the day so we werent stuck in the hotel We would have left the hotel but stayed because our first apart/hotel canceled on us day of arrival. This was our only choice for a 2 bedroom.

Ofrecen desayuno EN el lugar, incluso la foto principal de la pagina es comedor. En ningún momento nos comunicaron que estaba fuera de servicio "por mantenimiento" antes de llegar al lugar. El lugar es agradable, area muy tranquila y bonita, pero el trato se mantiene como se habla. Ellos ofrecen algo y no lo dieron completo.

Location is really excellent!!
This is a great stay for business purposes! Breakfast is buffet type and very tasty. Location is awesome and located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Mexico City. Very comfortable and clean. I always stay here 5-6 times per year because of this.

Room was cold in temperature, particularly at night. We needed two electric heaters to warm it up adequately. Also, the hot water had to be run for up to 15 minutes before it reached out room (on the 2nd floor). These factors made for a cold stay.

Great location
The bed was comfy. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast is free and was great. Location is perfect, close to good restaurants, museums. The sofa in the living room needs to be updated but it's fine. TV and wifi works well. Our only inconvenience was that they were painting a room in our floor and the smell was strong but when we talked to the manager, she kindly changed us to better room in a different floor.

Awesome location. Tons of great sites, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. Breakfast was very good. Room was fine, bathroom was fine. Details in the room weren't great, but no big deal.

VERY DISAPPOINTING LACKING BASIC AMMENITIES
Unbelievable the many BAD things for the price and nice location!! Strong MOLD smell in room 302 (later learned that all rooms that face that direction have the same problem). NO TV or any note explaining the reason. No Internet signal in the room. Towels hard like a rock. Was moved to another room just b/c I pressed the front desk not offered in the first place. All staff is very nice but ended up more exhausted by all the disappointments in the hotel than all the walking in the City. DON'T STAY HERE!!

The breakfast was amazing each morning, the staff kept the building and the rooms immaculate, and despite any potential language barrier, the everyone made the trip extremely great. Being so close to walking distance with everything, it's definitely a great destination location.

Pretty bad: No AC. Hardly any convenient outlets (had to plug laptop into bathroom socket) Toilet in weird space, feels like your head would hit the wall. Toilet paper in weird spot, bottom left towards the ground. Shower drain had a loose cover and hole that you can twist your ankle in. Hot and cold water from the shower had the strangest proportion it didn't make any sense. Half the shower door missing so water is going to splash on the wall/towels or the oddly placed toilet paper roll. The walls paint was coming off due to the past splash. The towel holder near the mirror looked like it was glued on and was about to fall off. The plug in phone didn't work. Bed and sheets did not look clean or washed. I felt itchy after sleeping on it for a night. No real desk to work off of. The chair for the drawer top desk was too tight to really fit comfortably. Lighting is pretty odd. Employees there barely spoke English even the front desk lady (which is fine but come on). No signs so it's hard to find, semi gated so you couldn't really tell it's a hotel unless an old guy hobbles over? At least write the name on the gate or something.

Not per se good value for your money
Room is very basic. No TV in sitting area. Guard was asleep when returning, so had to scream to get door opened. Tried to look for a "budget solution" in Polanco. Will not return and pick another option. Maybe still moe hotel like. One plus: breakfast area looked nice.

Danger, do not stay in this hotel!!!
Do not stay in this hotel!!!, we were almost victims of a "virtual kidnaping". We were in out room and everything looked fine, at 11pm the guard of the hotel knocked in the door and said that I had an urgent call in the lobby (the room was booked under my name), my husband went down stairs and took the call, a guy was saying he was the hotel manager and wanted to warn us about a group of armed people, and they want us to stay in our room, then said he needed more info about us, (we are Mexicans living in USA, so we know something about this type of calls) so my husband suspected and hand off the phone. We were very scared, at that moment you do not know what to think, if the kidnapers are outside waiting for you to go out and take you or if they will come to your room, mainly we were scared of staying in the hotel because for us, they were the ones providing our info to them, they had my name, address, phone number even email, we call the police and went to other hotel (expensive) but at least we felt safer, horrible experience, you feel exposed and you are far from home. Sad that this happens in our country, but is my responsibility to warn you, if you go to Mexico, stay in a good hotel, even if you have to pay more and do not take any call.

Great location, not so good stay.
Location was great, safe and easy to get to. The room was clean but had nightly visitors (spiders). The bed was hard, very hard and some of my makeup and small perfume went missing not sure how. This chain own other properties in which I usually stay that are far better than this one, but they were booked during this trip. I can honestly say I will not be staying here again sorry.

Great location in Polanco: great staff.
Good value... No fancy stuff but quiet and clean . No gym per say... A couple of static bikes at best ....overall a reasonable place at a reasonable price.

For this part of Mexico City - Excellent Value!
Staff were very nice. it was delightful to have basically an apartment vs just a hotel room. Some of the things were a bit run down (like malfunctioning curtain for example, or a burn mark on the kitchen counter) but everything was very clean, and the staff was delightful and most helpful You would be hard-pressed to find better value in this section of Mexico City.

En la recepción comentaron que incluye el desayuno, cuando fuimos la cocinera nos dijo que solo había huevo, que no nos podían dar otra cosa, lo cual fue muy molesto ya que en recepción nunca mencionaron
