The staff was very helpful and very professional! Our room did not have A/C system so it felt very stuffy. They do offer fans. I had to get two for our room.

Room had no microwave had to go to lobby to heat up milk, no A/C and no fans available. Neighborhood is considered "red area" due to lots of drugs and prostitution in area

Super nice staff. I really liked the softness of the sheets and pillows. The location was okay. Relatively safe. Close to Forum Buenavista and the Mi Mercado Martinez for fresh fruit, herbs, and meat.

Bad neighborhood & dirty rooms
Bad neighborhood, can’t be walking around as people steal your phones from your hands. Sheets are dirty and theres lots of carpet, which means that its a breeding ground for fleas and ticks.

Great family room
We are super happy with our stay. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. We had a family room with 2 queen beds and a triple bunk bed wich accommodated a family of 6. Clean bathroom and lots of extra space for storage. We will definitely add this hotel to our favorites in México city.

Terrible a punto de sufrir una extorcion y estando dentro del hotel yo creo que algún personal del hotel tienen contacto con los delincuentes y les pasan datos de lo que uno hace en el hotel si entras si sales etc La de recepción pasó la llamada a pesar que se le dijo que yo no conocía a esa persona y ahí empezó todo , según era un operativo policiaco y quisieron lavarme el cerebro después ya que vieron que no pudieron empezaron a querer meter miedo y demás insultos gritos etc diciendo que eran de un cartel y que subirían a tumbar mi puerta y despojarme de todo lo que tenía ahí . Hice una denuncia a la policía . Espero que esto sirva de mucho para ustedes los viajeros y no pasen un mal rato ., preferible pagar un poco más en otro hotel de mejor prestigio . De mi reembolso ni les menciono ....... NO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ !!!

Room was surprisingly spacious and clean. Towels were sealed in a sanitized plastic bag. Linens were clean. Appreciate the white on white covers, clean freshly wasshed blankets and no no carpet. Only thing I would strongly suggest is the rooms facing the main road could use soundproof windows. Ask for room on opposite side.

Happily surprised with the hotel, very inexpensive but a beautiful place, amazing service, every employee was attentive, polite and willing to help us. We’re offer to have a crib for free, which is not easy to find in Mexico. The room was clean, spacious, modern, comfortable in every level, the bathroom had a nice surprise with two showers, was the perfect fit for a family trip. We only stayed one night but definitely will choose this hotel again. Almost forgot, the food at the restaurant was REALLY good!
