House that can accommodate up to 4 people in the center of a charming little village.

Upstairs:

- Bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, hair and body soap, washbasin, hairdryer, bath towels, sheets (beds made on arrival) and dish towels are provided.
- Baby equipment: Bath, travel cot, foot function, playpen available.

On the first floor:
- Living room with sofa, TV/NETFLIX, books, board games.
- Fully equipped open kitchen, including dishwasher, oven, hob, hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso Magimix coffee maker, toaster, table, chairs.

Enclosed outdoor with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.

Traveler access:
- Free parking in front of the house across the street.
- A coded key box.
The code is given by text message after confirmation of your arrival.

When you leave:
Scramble the code of the key box after putting it back inside.

Our cottage has been renovated to new. You will appreciate the comfort and rest to have a great stay.
The cottage is located in the heart of the village with some shops, butcher, bakery, grocery store, tobacconist, newsagent, pharmacy, health home, winegrowers, restaurant.
Various local producers of Loire Valley wine and goat cheese in the surrounding area.
Our cottage is ideal for a relaxing holiday with visits to the Loire castles, the Beauval zoo and the many wine estates and goat cheese dairies.

The power of the accommodation does not allow you to charge cars, however, terminals are available 100m in front of the town hall or in the zoo parking lot.
An outbuilding is available to store bicycles, if needed.

Condiments and household products available.
Cleaning is included.
We ask you to take out the garbage and empty the dishwasher and refrigerator when you leave. We ask guests not to go upstairs with shoes.
We do not accept pets.
Smoking is not allowed inside, smoke detectors installed in the living room and on the landing.
