Noise began at 8 AM - The other two rooms did not have a functioning air conditioner. Staff gave poor excuse and just said to open windows. There’s tons of noise far into the night from motor bikes and people playing music right across the hotel. - Hotel breakfast was motel level at best. You get eggs swimming in water and some cut up ham. Toasters barely worked, and when staff was asked for replacement they appeared completely clueless. - The spa experience was good when it came to the massage. However “quiet” policy is not enforced and hearing toilets go off right next to the spa area don’t help with the experience. - Check out was the final straw. Desk staff was rude and dismissive of concerns, stating that the room “upgrade” was sufficient compensation for the troubles.
