« Me and my friends just spent our New Year's here for two nights. The man cave lives up to its name-- we spent a good deal of the weekend playing pool, darts, and card games, used the grill, and were just a few blocks off from some great food and liquor stores. I'd imagine any sort of group would enjoy coming here, though, given other advantages like access to trails and monuments in historic PA. Everything worked just as we wanted it to, and Mary's filled out the space to create a great place...

« Our feet stuck to the floor upon entering. The toilet rocks. When going down the spiral stairs don’t hit the curtains their held on by the blinds. The couch isn’t as pictured. Its a red pleather couch with Knicks and a broken leg that lets it setting you at an upward/downward angle (I have pics). Some what we expected until the property owner/manager arrived to complain about a shared driveway parking that contractors were working on upon our stay. I even moved my vehicle at 7am for them. « The River House is a beautiful property. It is a gorgeous log home with the Susquehanna River as the backyard. The home was very clean and comfortable. The entire property is calm and relaxing. My husband was able to fish right on the river bank which was one of the main reasons for this trip. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely return for a stay in the fall. Thank you! »

« We stayed here for Bucknell graduation weekend. It served our needs perfectly. It’s a secluded property within minutes of Bucknell and Lewisburg. The home accommodated our family well and provided a much nicer setting than we would’ve had with multiple hotel rooms. Communication with Mitch, the host, was very easy. »
