"The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "

"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."

"If you are traveling on a budget, this rental is fine for 1-2 people for a night. We stayed for two nights, but the wind was very strong that it was hard to sleep because the shutters were making a lot of noise from the wind. There were also dogs barking a few streets down. "The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful. Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 a.m., but the check-in process was handled very smoothly. The staff member kindly helped us order food online, and when it was delivered, he personally brought it to our room even at such a late hour. The room was also very good. The beds were neat and clean, and overall the stay was comfortable. We truly appreciate the staff’s helpful attitude and dedication. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience."
