The see view was the only positive pointbofvthis hotel ,in room therebwere notva TV and a 15inch monitor was there withb6 channels and all not clear.the bathroom and bedroom had no light ,so in dark times you need torch.we were all inclusive ,but if you go a liitle bit late to restaurant there were no food to have.no paper towels in rooms ,very old and dirty area,the loop in basements were dark and no light ,to reach to elevators tobgo to upstair..

Negative things: Service and cleanliness were very disappointed, we had to wait for more than 40 minutes for the technical service to open our room due to a faluir to open the door. Restaurant had a very stench smell most of the time. Food are the same during all the 3 days, and only serving domestic food. Breakfast was good except in the third day. Positive Things: Very nice place and many facilities inside the resort, location was nice and close to many other fantastic places and beaches.

We`ve stayed 5 days. The room was a great size for a family. 2 bedrooms, 2 washrooms and living room. However, housekeeping service was terrible. No clean bed sheets and towels for 5 days. Incredible... Also, all inclusive food service was really really poor. Same food for everyday. You have to fight to find utensils and napkins. Last day, there were NO napkins and people were using toilet papers as napkins... And very poor hygiene in all restaurant areas. Servers were totally not trained people. It looks like they brought some people from the streets to serve at the restaurant. No customer service at all... DO NOT RECOMMEND in any means... Stay away...

Es war wirklich einfach nur schrecklich! Bitte tun Sie sich selbst einen Gefallen und buchen Sie diese Unterkunft nicht. Beginnen wir mit dem positiven: Die Anlage ist erst um die 10 Jahre alt und wirklich schön! Sie verfügt über 2 Strandzugänge und einem Wahnsinns Ausblick, auch aus den Zimmern. Und das WLAN, welches man extra kaufen muss, funktioniert in der Anlage hervorragend. So und nun zum Rest: Von Sauberkeit kann nicht gesprochen werden. Es ist überall ekelhaft dreckig! Auf den Zimmern sind überall schwarze lange Haare verteilt und Schmutz in den Ecken zu finden. Ansonsten wird die Anlage gar nicht mehr gereinigt und vor allem nicht der Speisesaal. Speisen: Da sollte man die Finger von lassen, wenn man keine Lebensmittelvergiftung erleiden möchte. Es gibt praktisch nur 5 warme Speisen, die aber selbst zu Buffet Eröffnung schon kalt sind. Alle kalte Speisen, wie Butter oder Salat werden nicht gekühlt. Salat war immer ranzig. Das einzige, was ganz okay war, die Suppe. Insofern man saubere Schüsseln und Besteck gefunden hat. Die meisten Urlauber sind trotz All-In mit Taxi nach Özdere gefahren , um außerhalb zu essen und das kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Pool und Strand: Pool nicht benutztest, roch schon komisch und war super dreckig. Liegen genügend vorhanden sowohl am Strand als auch am Pool, jedoch ohne Auflagen. Keine Lifeguards. Personal: sehr jung und ungelernt, aber freundlich.

Ayrıca aqua park çalışma saatlerine asla uymadı saatlerce bekletio çalışmadi. İki hizmet için gitmiştik ikisinden de faydalanamadik. Genel olarak havuzları pisti günlük temizlenmiyordu. Maalesef verdiğimiz ücreti asla hak etmedi

Otelde personel cok az olduğunu için ortak alan temizliği ve restoran temizliği kötü. Her şey dahil konseptine göre yemekler hep aynı tip ve lezzeti yok. Çalışan personelin gayreti olmasa otel batar. Çalışanlar icin tek tip kıyafetleri yok. Reception ve ilk giriş güvenlik cok kötü sanki niye geldiniz gibi zorla çalışıyor lar. Animasyon pazar gunu tatil ilk kez duydum, Animasyon yok denebilir.
