Offering desirable amenities to ensure a wholesome stay, this 2-bedroom holiday apartment in Mellieħa is ideal for a family of 4 or a group of friends. The child-friendly getaway is located on the first floor of a 3-level residence with a lift and enjoys a sunny, quiet and well-connected residential location from where the beach and bus connections to other areas of the island are a convenient walk away. At the property, guests have access to a communal pool where they can enjoy a dip anytime or sunbathe and relax with a glass of their favourite drink. A private balcony with open-air dining and a panoramic view is also available to unwind in privacy; meanwhile, shared relaxation areas on the property are perfect for socialising and entertaining.  
  
Inside, the modern furnishings of the apartment ensure a carefree self-catering stay with utilities like Free Wi-Fi and a full kitchen at guests’ disposal. The living room has an open layout with direct access to the private balcony. This room also features a large leather sofa, Smart TV, the kitchen and a dining table for 4.

Located in one of the famous tourist villages of Malta, this holiday apartment offers the perfect combination of the traditional and the modern. It is located just a 15-minute walk away from the upper main road that not only has bars, shops and restaurants for a hassle-free stay but also bus stops to Ċirkewwa Quay - the departure point for boats to Gozo and Comino. The holiday apartment is also just a 15-minute walk from Selmun Palace, where you can enjoy hiking and explore the Punic tombs.  
  
For quick refreshment at the sea, a small pebble beach is a 10-minute walk away; meanwhile, the well-known beaches of Malta, Għadira Bay and Golden Bay, are between a 6-12 minute drive from here. It is worth mentioning that Għadira is especially welcoming to families as it has shallow waters for carefree swimming with little children. Malta’s famous Popeye Village is also right here, within a 10-minute drive, and promises a unique, picturesque experience for all ages. Nature lovers can make their way to the unique topography of Malta’s Bird Park, where they will find the combination of a wetland and salt marsh, as well as many opportunities to bird watch. The nearest international airport and the stunning capital of Malta, Valletta, are both about a 35-minute drive from the holiday rental in Mellieħa.  
  
The typical Mediterranean climate of Malta, sunny climate with a daily average of five to six hours of sunshine in midwinter and 12 hours in summer, with more than 300 days of sunshine and warm weather. Summers are hot, dry and very sunny.

#### Beautiful property with excellent hosts

The property was exactly as we expected and more. The hosts are excellent, very helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble. The small things like leaving tea/coffee, soap, bin bag all add to the quality of this place. We felt appreciated and very welcome.
