We had a great experience here. The location was perfect for the many different places we wanted to explore. We had easy hotel pick ups for Uber, Bolt or private tours. Walking to Paceville was easy for dinner choices. The breakfast at the hotel was more than fabulous. Many local foods and lots of choices with great coffee! Staff was always accommodating. We went to the spa hot tub and indoor pool. Room had a beautiful sunrise view. If you had the balcony door open at night you can hear the sounds of Paceville partiers but it wasn't too awful. Would come back here in a heartbeat!

The suite was spotless and well equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The on‑site restaurants were excellent, with a great variety of cuisines to enjoy. I’d happily recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

The staff were friendly but not attentive they gave us a room that was already occupied then the first room was really unsuitable as it was dirty and smelly eventually the room we stayed in was much better but not amazing as it was right at the end of the longest corridor and where the store rooms were so we kept hearing very loud door slams throughout the early morning and during the night too. The breakfast was okay but very crowded we had to wait in a queue sometimes for over 20 minutes. Location was okay but not the best as the taxi’s sometimes got confused where to pick up or drop us. So we will be avoiding Intercontinental hotels in the future.
