"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "Excellent staff who were very helpful. Lovely room and facilities. The hotel is really good value and with good location. Good transport link to get anywhere. Let down on the day before leaving only by the cleaning of the room which was not done despite calling reception to say that we'd accidently broken a glass and the floor needed cleaning for safety reasons. We cleaned as best as we could but very wary of stepping on tiny glass shards. "
