"We flew from Canada for ten days in September. When picking a hotel in Malta, I was very dubious about booking here because it was brand new and there weren’t many reviews. My husband wanted to book here so I didn’t complain and went with his wishes. Oh boy!!! Are we glad we did!! Hotel was fantastic, I have nothing bad to say at all, everything was modern, clean and you could tell no expense was spared in building. We would recommend this hotel a 1000 times over. Infinity pool was just beautiful. Special mentions to Maqsood for always being friendly and accommodating at breakfast. Mike the regional manager for some great tips and advice, lovely friendly guy. And last but not least Ayoub & Picachu from O’sole rooftop for the delicious cosmo’s and great friendly banter. It was a long 22 hour journey from Canada but one we would do again. Good job Innside by Melia Bugibba."

"Had a superior king room. Good size, big bathroom, bed extremely comfortable. Room overlooked the entrance of the hotel which was busy with vehicle noise throughout the day but quiet at night when it mattered. Breakfast was very good although busy in the main restaurant. Lunch and dinner was excellent across all restaurants. The pools were good. Ombré was quietest. Sabi was nice but the sun beds were too close together and too crowded. Every member of staff was lovely especially Pyar, Donna & Saqib who were always smiling and making everyone feel welcome. Saqib was great with helping to arrange reservations for guests and with the daily hotel tours."

"Staff were really helpful and nice, room was cleaned well. Shower door didn't close fully causing the floor to get wet. We had a sea view room and the music was very loud from the Nine lives bar on the beach below, this went on until 11pm and could even be heard with the the balcony doors closed. Coffee machine in room was a nice touch."

"Great location in proximity to the main shops and restaurants/bars. No parking but can park in many places a few streets away. Is a great town to then explore the rest of Malta. Free breakfast helps with a good start to the morning. Great drinks up at the rooftop bar and nice well cleaned pool!"

"The hotel is a few streets back from the main Qawra tourist areas. The Reception area was quite dark. On approaching the hotel there's no signage to indicate where the reception desk is (on you left behind you as you walk in) I mentioned it being dark and they put a few lights on but it was still gloomy. The hotel needs modernising. It doesn't look like much has changed since it was built The room was clean the bed comfortable. There wasn't any bottled water in the room, most 4 star hotels in Malta give you a free bottle of still water. The supplied toiletries on the room were a decent quality. The toilet was so close to the wall, bigger people need to sit to the side. There were 2 unidentified red stains on the bed. Didn't look like blood. Despite our room being close to the lifts we didn't hear noise. maybe a little bit from the street outside. The indoor and outdoor pools looked ok if a little bit small. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Coffee and Scrambled eggs were great, but everything else was bad. I'd suggest going room only and going out for breakfast. There is a lack of signage. no sign pointing to reception, the indoor pool, the bar or the dining area. £85 for 1 night in late September 2026 isn't too bad for a 4 star hotel in Malta. I don't think you'd be disappointed, but there are better places to stay"
