It was hot and I couldn't get the room any cooler. Windows didn't open as in other Chilean hotels I stayed at. Other than that, this was a nice hotel and convenient for the airport. The free shuttle runs 24 hours, you just have to let them know what time you need. The restaurant was convenient but just regular bar/grill type food. This is a standard convenient-for-the-airport type of hotel. Everyone was friendly and courteous and they allowed me early check in. I chose a Chilean chain rather than an American chain, which there were plenty of on the same block - but I couldn't help wondering if they would have been better (i.e. cooler) or if the lack of adequate air conditioning thing is just typical for the area.
