Truly a piece of heaven! Enjoy use of all four acres of undulating land with uninterrupted views of the valleys of Shoreham. Vineyards and the popular pines beach only a short stroll away. This recently renovated 1900’s homestead will stay in your heart forever. A perfect mix of period features with the modern luxury you enjoy. The large outdoor timber decking features an open sandstone fireplace and overlooks the floodlit tennis court. The home features open plan country kitchen complete with dishwasher, you can dine in front of the open fire place or lounge in the separate living room, master bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom, television and reverse cycle air conditioning, main bathroom with freestanding bath and shower, washing machine, separate toilet. Bask in the sun room overlooking the beautiful garden. The three bedrooms can accommodate 2 couples and two children or adults. Great house for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog, with lots of different places to sit (inside and outside), beautiful lawns and garden and tennis court. Good set up in kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms etc, plus wifi. Good communications re: entry and exit. About a 15 min walk to Shoreham beach, and only a 5 min drive to Flinders. ##### PHIL G. The house and space are wonderful, and very relaxing with lots of places to eat, unwind, entertain or just do nothing. The bedrooms were full of light, and clean and neat. the tennis court and activities were enjoyed by all. Communication and check in were easy, and from here we were only a 5 minute drive to either Flinders or Merricks. The only area that needs some attention, is that there are a number of items that do not work, such as air conditioners, and we were surprised that both a coffee machine and dishwasher are available in the kitchen, but as we didn't know, we did not have any access to coffee pods or dishwasher tablets. Both of which, would simply add to the overall experience. However, thoroughly enjoyed the home. ##### Christopher L.
