This is the only hotel or Quest hotel that requires a bond nowadays. The pre authorisation of having to wait 5-10 days for it to be reverted and somehow I felt the money never really got back to my account. Don't bother booking in this hotel, avoid at all cost.

Good place to stay, some issues after a 2week stay
Overall the stay was good, staff were hospitable and the location was good for the company I had to work with on this trip. That being said, I have three main gripes for Quest Dandenong Central. Cons: - Expensive parking rate per night. - Very limited gym, insufficient for most uses. - Cutlery/Dishes in room were not clean. Gunk left on all materials I pulled out to use and had to clean myself (photos available). - Stained couch in room which made me concerned with the cleaning of furniture

Peaceful place
Very clean and tidy place. Convenient for work. One of the staff named Alex has been very very helpful. Only bad experience was the first day we checked in the lady was rude. Otherwise all good.

Really great, would stay again!
Pros: - Check in was super easy (after hours) - Customer service was wonderful - Room was spacious and clean with great amenities (one bedroom apartment) Cons: - Gym was very basic and not at all useful - Paid parking (expensive) - Limited amounts of toiletries which became cumbersome to manage over a long stay

Quest was perfect for our stay. Comfortable room and very clean amenities. We did pay an additional fee for late check out and unfortunately had housekeeping and reception contacting us prior to to ‘hurry us up’ which was disappointing. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

The fridge is very noisy during the night. There were several small cockroaches and ants around kitchen area. This happened on my second night. The location is good. It is ok overall but I'll choose another hotel if I visit Melbourne again.

All the draws and shelves in the wardrobe were very dusty when my husband took his clothes out to were to a funeral they had dust all over them, very disappointing. The rest of the room and building were great.

There was no mention during booking that room cleaning would not be avaliable until a later date. Ridiculous security bond price in a modern day society, what's the point of saving money only to have that money on hold and not returned after 5-7 working days. Don't bother completing pre-covid check in as staff don't validate or check this and make you redo everything at the front desk. Overall this was the worst Quest hotel I've stayed in and will not return to this location.

Dear Mr Touhidur Sorry to hear your experience wasn't up to standards. We do take feedback seriously and we are looking to improve our services as per your feedback. Specially on pre-check-in documentation. With bond I'm sorry, but due to other guests damaging rooms we had to increase the amount. After that decision we did scare the bad guests away. Bond is only on hold, and whilst most banks release the funds in 3-5 working days, after you check out, some do take longer. If you decided to book directly with us in the future, we can certainly look into the amount of bond, we will require. Thank you again for your feedback. The whole experience was good and easy. Check-in was easy with a nice receptionist. Room was very good. Bed was good. Just a strange little round table that was part of the bench, which kept gatting in the way. Ovaral, a good stay. Will definately stay there next time.

Clean snd comfortable room. Rain head showers is nice, bed comfortable. Very clean. Was caught out there is no herbal tea selection, just black tea or coffee. A good spot to be in an emergency.
