You walk out of the building and look down a treelined street with the CBD on the horizon  
Carlton village is a stone throw away, Fitzroy, Brunswick Melbourne town centre all a stones throw away.  
It doesn’t matter what your jam is you are just a hop skip and a jump away, music arts, theatre restaurants, parks and cafes.
