Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading. Common facilities are now open to use. If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise. You will not be disappointed with this property... Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex. An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is on your doorstep. Perched high up on the 27th floor, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment can sleep up to 6, with 2 guests on the large and comfortable double size sofa bed (refer pic in the gallery). Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request. Bookings in excess of 4 people will attract a nightly surcharge of $100 for the use of the sofabed. The buidling has its own swimming pool and gym which is available for your use. The price quoted is based upon 4 guests. Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is provided within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 1.95m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group. From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... I had difficulty receiving the keys, and the late check-in combined with the early check-out was inconvenient. The internet did not work during my stay, and the furniture was both outdated and insufficient for a two-bedroom apartment. Apparently the previous guests had caused some problems that couldn't be fixed in time for our stay. Exclusive Stays claimed the apartment we were given was superior to one we had booked, but if the photos are to be believed, I'm not sure this was actually true. The Gallery Towers apartment we stayed in was perfectly satisfactory and it had a great view. However, the furniture and fit-out was getting a bit tired and I'd rate the apartment as about due for a refurb. The photos of the apartment we had booked looked nicer, though photos can be deceptive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had no real complaints. The apartment switch and slightly disappointing standard of the apartment we were given dropped our rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. ##### David C. Great views, Great location. Short walk to Southbank Promenade, Casino & Shops. Nice and handy to MCG & Tennis Centre, the walk along the Yarra was very enjoyable.
