We rented the house for two weeks and it checked all the boxes for our needs. We had a great experience staying at this property. Loved that our 4-legged family members were also welcome and also that it was pretty well stocked with items you would need including some basic spices, condiments, etc. The home was clean and neat and had just about everything we needed. We had four adults and two children \~plenty of space for everyone to have their own room. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, spices and plenty of amenities in the kitchen. We appreciated having beach towels, sunblock and beach items to use. Bathrooms included fluffy towels, body wash and shampoo. The beds were extremely comfortable! It was wonderful waking up in the morning to such an open air atmosphere. This property is conveniently located a short distance to many of the beaches and the Melbourne airport. Walkers would like the fact that Florida Tech is located within walking distance of the campus and it’s easy to stroll around the grounds. We were welcomed with soothing music, pleasant scents, and champagne. We would definitely return to this property. We had a wonderful time. ##### Allison O. The property is lovely, the host was so attentive. The house is well equipped but if I couldn’t find something or requested an item, it was provided right away!
