« Very bad service. I forgot one jacket in the room. I’ve sent a WhatsApp message, one email, one form through hotels.com I know that the WhatsApp message was read. But no one send me back any answer. Even to say that they didn’t found it. I’ll never stay again at this property or any of this group. And also the price was too expensive for this kind of room and location. You’ll find better option not far in the east part of the city. »

Bin dawood (big supermarket) right infront of the hotel and there are also several perfume shops (Arabian oud, Oud elite etc), food places and coffee shops nearby. A less than 5 minute walk to the international food area. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean! I wouldn’t book any other hotel if you’re staying in Madinah and want a hotel that’s comfy, new and right next to the gates. Everything was great! Paid parking...

« Mijn verblijf was goed, het hotel was heel luxe en op een prachtige locatie, op loopafstand van de Haram. Ik had een kamer met uitzicht op de stad geboekt, maar dat was helaas niet zo. Le service navette vers la sainte mosquée n'est pas disponible toute la journée. Uniquement de 4h à 7h et de 16h à 21h. La distance pour aller a la mosquée est acceptable. « The hotels has some of the nicest service staff ever, they are all smiling, eager to help, and they go out of their way for the guests. The front desk staff are a bit standoffish, they promised me a long bed, then u got two twins. My second complaint is that my room window was facing a construction site, that went into full gear all through the night, and I am a pretty light sleeper, my earplugs helped a bit, I asked to change the room and they didn’t give me another one, glad it was a short...
