"Contact person e mailed me with info. I was unable to access my e mail and party answered phone when I called with info I needed. The room was great. Clean and in a very nice location . Of of 14 day trip with 12 different rooms this was out best stay..... bedding was great and price was extremely reasonable"

"This hotel has a great location a 2 min walk from the lava hot springs. Also, the water running in the hotel is from the lava Hot Springs. I appreciate the rustic rooms that are clean and have every basic amenity you would need. The staff were wonderful.."

"This is definitely a budget hotel with no elevator. However, it was clean and the staff were wonderful! We had a problem with our reservation and they worked quickly to resolve our problem. The breakfast staff was also very friendly and there was plenty of food."

"I liked the price, the location, and the staff. We stayed there while on a motorcycle trip, we pulled a trailor and had our own lawn chairs so we set them on the lawn outside our room's window and had a lovely relaxing evening. We could walk to the Muesuem and the Covered Wagon Restaraunt and the Hot Springs right accross the street. Thank you!"
