« We were here for a quick one night stay, arrived late so were bummed we did not have more time to enjoy the space. There were only two of us but this would be a really fun and easy place for a family or two to stay. Very convenient, comfortable living spaces, games, TV’s, kitchen, and bathrooms, everything you could need. Charming old house with the quirks we are used to as we also have an old house. Yard looked nice too. Very convenient location and responsive host. Thank you! »

« This was our second year in a row staying at this place for the Unbound gravel race in Emporia. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy, but the screen porch is our favorite place to hang out. It’s located on a short culdesac close to the lake, so there’s no traffic buzzing by. It was a great base camp for our cycling adventure. »

« We needed a place that could accommodate our family that included 3 of our grown children and their spouses. This propertyfit the bill! Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Muliple bathrooms made it easy for getting ready to go out. The outdoor grounds were well kept and made for pleasant walks in the mornings and evenings. Host was quick to respond back with any questions we had. Would stay here again. »

« Te pool being in the courtyard surrounded by trees added a very comfortable feel to the pool area. The quietness of the whole area, even with the major roads and highways near by, was relaxing. The sound of the birds was the loudest thing we heard. Overall the landscaping is wonderful and the grounds keeping was excellent. »

« The room had little to no lighting (4 lamps and only 2 work). We enjoyed te breakfast but was disappointed in the quality of the coffee having had very small cups, no lids, and no creamer options. The elevators are very much in need of an update. The desk staff was very professional and friendly. I would stay again I'll just bring my own coffee cup. »
