"Staff were lovely and welcoming and the hotel was in a really nice safe area. The breakfast menu was amazing. We struggled to pick which item to have because they all sounded so great. The room was clean spacious comfy bed and had everything that you needed. The only thing was that the room was quite loud in the evening, but we did have a room on the front on a Saturday evening. All in all was a beautiful hotel and this didn’t ruin our stay lastly the bar was great great and the drinks were reasonable and the espresso martini was amazing"

"Lovely stay. It is in a great area near lots of restaurants and has a small supermarket over the road. The room was smaller than we expected from the photos, but perfectly fine for what we needed. They do breakfast and have a kitchen that is available for guests to use, but we didn’t use either of these so can’t comment. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Bogota. "

"We went in a group of 18 people. Got a shock of life that hotel staff won’t accept cash payment in US$, only Colombian peso at the rate of 4000 peso where as official rate is around 3600 peso. They can accept card payment in US$ with 7% extra on top of amount booked. Worst ever treatment at check-in. Rest of the staff was good and helping in nature. We will never ever visit this hotel in future with this kind of treatment."
