This is a place to ride your bikes to the beach or enjoy the community swimming pool, spend your days swimming and sunbathing, and gather on the shaded patio for sunset barbecues in the evenings. This condo sits near the ocean shore on the south side of Mashpee, in a location that's particularly great for beach-goers. Mashpee Town Beach, South Cape Beach State Park, and Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge are all within two miles. The Cape Cod Children's Museum (three miles) and the many shopping and dining opportunities of Mashpee Commons (five miles) are close by as well. Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a bright living space with nautical- and beach-themed decor and a charming palette of reds, whites, and blues throughout. Make yourself at home beneath two-story ceilings in the living room, relaxing on a pair of sofas and watching your favorite movies on the cable TV. Prepare hearty meals using stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a gas stove and a French-door fridge), butcher-block countertops, and a gas grill outside on the patio. There's even an outdoor dining set and a swinging hammock chair, so you can linger comfortably in the fragrant sea breeze. When it's time to turn in, leave the day's swimsuits in the care of the washer/dryer, check tomorrow's surf report using the complimentary WiFi, and retire to two bedrooms - each paired with a full bathroom. Only comment is there was a leash hanging and a slight odor of a dog. One of our guests was allergic to dogs and had to take his inhaler several times and we thought it was in reaction to their being a dog in that unit regularly. Séjour de 3 nuits en juin 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Andrea K. 12 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Would stay again We had some bumps in the road (the air conditioning was broken, the propane tank for the grill was left empty, missing television remotes), and communication to get help was not great (we had to purchase a new propane tank out-of-pocket, the advice to find the remotes was to "try looking by the tv," and the A/C stayed broken for 3 very hot, humid, uncomfortable days before I was able to get someone to come out- and then the gentleman told us how many times he'd been out to fix this unit before!). Despite it all, our family would stay here again if we needed to. It really is a nice little place, clean, quiet area. I think we just had some unfortunate breaks. Access to the beach is about a mile walk through the golf course, so pack light. Mini kitchen, so don't plan to cook much. Not a lot of instructions for trash pickup or check out (when I asked, they said to bag up and take all our trash with us when we left! No, thank you!). We did our best to leave clean dishes, strip beds, gather used towels, bag up trash, the usual. Overall, an okay stay. ##### Andrea K.
