"We enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s lodge. The house is very comfortable for two families (4 adults -6 kids). The play room was a hit for the kids with the pool table. Also the sledding in the back was really fun. Nicole was a great host, she was looking out for us as our travel plans got disrupted for the east coast storm. She was very proactive and give us flexibility to extend our stay. If you are coming in the winter the ski is fantastic for all expertise levels. We will definitely come back! "This home was exactly what we were hoping for and more. Communication with the owner was seamless and stress-free, which made the entire trip even better. The house is gorgeous, clean, and extremely well suited for multiple families with kids—plenty of room to spread out while still feeling cozy and connected. There's a shuttle that takes you to Northstar to the ski lift which made it so easy and convenient without the need to deal with parking at the ski resort. Everyone had a great time, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Truckee area."

"The shower upstairs wasn’t working, the mixer valve for the hot and cold water didn’t work. Getting in was an issue and took over an hour in the cold. Beds weren’t comfortable either. Other than that it was a nice place."
