Please note

Access to the apartment is via an unusual door, directly from the staircase on the ground floor of the building (see last photo).
In case of heavy rain, temporary odors from the pipes may sometimes occur.

## Emplacement
Slightly to the south-east of the city centre, the 5th arrondissement is a neighbourhood with residential areas and hospitals attracting many students. The hospitals and research centres in this area make it famous. This university district is a quiet place, gathering nevertheless many hidden cafes and other places of expression. The 5th is a city in itself, allowing young active people to live peacefully since it offers many activities for the youngest. You will appreciate this family and urban area; offering a residential balance in comparison to the dynamism of the hyper-center Marseillais.
