Located in the peaceful environment of Marratxí, Villa Planera NIMAF stands, redefining excellence in architectural design and modern amenities. Upon entering the villa, an exquisitely conceived living space unfolds. Equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating via aerothermal technology to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year. With three double bedrooms, each more welcoming than the previous one. One of these bedrooms stands out for its ensuite bathroom. The rooms, all exterior-facing, open towards the impressive garden, which reveals itself as a private paradise. This garden, a true green treasure, features a perfectly designed chill-out area for relaxation, a modern pool that invites refreshment on warm days, and a gas barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor gatherings and savoring culinary delights. The artificial grass, soft underfoot, extends in all its splendor, offering a versatile space for lively games with children or for sunbathing in complete tranquility.   
  
In the heart of the villa, the fully equipped American kitchen presents itself as the sanctuary of any amateur chef. With state-of-the-art appliances and an intuitive layout. The living room, with its generous sofa and an impressive smart TV, is the perfect place for entertainment and relaxation. Here, afternoons become moments of pure enjoyment, whether enjoying a movie with family or simply listening to music.   
  
In addition to all these amenities, the villa offers covered parking spaces, guaranteeing safety and protection for the residents' vehicles. And for those who opt for sustainable mobility, there is a fast-charging electric vehicle charger, demonstrating a commitment to the environment and technological innovation. The property is completely sustainable as they have solar panels to obtain energy.   
  
Last but not least, the clear views of the majestic mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana offer an incomparable natural backdrop, inviting you to contemplate the beauty of nature in its purest state. Likewise, the area where the property is located will provide you with everything you need, with several supermarkets and large stores (Alcampo, Mercadona, Decathlon...) just 10 minutes by car, and they also have a fantastic tennis club with 5 clay courts just 500 meters from the property.   
  
The check-in from 8:00 PM onwards will have an extra cost of 50€ to be paid in cash upon arrival. 100€ from 11:00 PM onwards.   
  
There is a crib and high chair for baby available (upon request).   
  
\*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquility are accepted, youth groups will not be accepted.

\- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, you can smoke outside and make sure to not leave cigarette butts on the ground.   
  
\- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.   
  
\- You must take responsibility for the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the trash in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.   
  
\- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.   
  
\- It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events at the house.
