Pros: the hotel in general was very nice and they were friendly and helpful in the front desk. We got married and they fixed decorations for us for free with roses and rose petals on the bed and towels folded to swans. Cons: the hotel room key kept getting demagnetized for me so when getting up to the room I had to go back down at least half of the time to fix the key. Gelijk heeft de medewerker ons een ander kamer beschikbaar gemaakt. Het is voornamelijk de service en de beleefdheid van de medewerkers die ervoor hebben gezorgd dat we nog een nacht wilde. Blijven. Je wordt op elke vlak geholpen. De kamer zijn niet top top maar goed genoeg. Wij hebben een suite gekregen Jame al fna is 7 min rijden. Ik vind douchen en een goed en schoon kamer belangrijk en dat had deze kamer. Ik wil de medewerkers hierbij bedanken voor de gastvrijheid. Het voelde als of ik ze heel lang ken dat gevoel gaven ze ons. Dank jullie wel. After couple hours of being shocked, they realized that they gave us a room that wasn't cleaned. The new room was nice and comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location. Doordat Gems Hotel erg slecht was en wij info gevraagd of Tempoo ruimte voor ons had was dit geen probleem. Het was een verademing in vergelijking bij Gems Hotel. Is wel luidruchtig, zowel buiten als op de gang. Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar oke. Really clean, nice rooms and good service. The only 'bad' experience we had was when we were booking an excursion to the desert for 1 night. We had booked a superior tent/camp and didn't get it. After we were back and complained about it we received the extra money back and it was sorted out. Ingen bra miljö att på kvällen. Jag glömde min Kavaj i rummet vid utcheckning då vi bodde bara en natt vid ankomst till Marrakech, jag kunde hämta kavajen smutsigt och skrunklig en vecka efter ( minus 350 Dirham och några visitkort och kvitton som fanns i fickan).
