We stayed at Riad Nelia for 4 nights and we wished it would have been longer! The place is beautiful and every single staff is extremely helpful and friendly! The beds are really comfortable and the breakfast is excellent! Definitely will be back! Thank you guys

The riad is very beautiful, clean and staff is super friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was probably one of the best breakfast we had in Marrakech. We really enjoyed our stay here.

It was really beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Don’t let the narrow streets scare you — we felt very safe the whole time. As long as you have Google Maps, you’ll be absolutely fine!

The location was great. Right in the heart of the old Medina with easy walking distance to the palaces and main square. The staff were very friendly and provided helpful tips for our time in Marrakesh. Breakfast was served on the rooftop patio which was lovely. Definitely recommend staying at this riad.

4/5. A very comfortable, quiet stay in the heart of Marrakech, right within the souks. Despite the central location, noise wasn’t an issue. The room is small but cozy and well suited to one or two people. The bathroom was clean, with an excellent shower, reliable hot water, and a toilet that worked perfectly. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast was really good. The only reason I wouldn’t give it five stars is the air conditioning. Even at the lowest temperature and maximum fan setting, it didn’t cool the room adequately—and this was in October, when it wasn’t particularly hot. The filters looked dirty and poorly maintained, and the issue wasn’t effectively addressed when I raised it. I tend to sleep hot, so this made sleeping somewhat difficult. It may matter less to other guests, but it affected my comfort. Apart from that, everything else was great.

Lovely riad, just outside the medina. Rooftop breakfast was divine as was the whole experience. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, nothing was too much for them (I would give 6 or 7 stars if possible). The room, though small, had everything we needed (air-con a must!!!). My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The riad itself was amazingly beautiful with a lot of detail and great architecture, as well as a lovely smell each day. The transfer from and to the airport was also very well arranged and a very fair price, this is an absolute recommendation. We had a great time in this riad and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Medina in Marrakech!
