De ansatte er yderst venlige og hjælpsommer ud over hvad der kan forventes. Morgenmaden er fin og som du får den i Marokko, frisk frugt, pandekager osv. Eneste lille "minus" er at den på ingen måde er dekoreret i traditionel marokansk stil. Værelserne er meget moderne m møblerne. Så går du efter 1000 og en nats eventyr i stilen på dit værelse, mødes du her af moderne møbler. The staff, Lamia and Mehdi especially so very helpful. My friend had 1000 questions and they Lamia always went the extra mile to help us as we were new to Marrakech. Breakfast was delicious and we’d always come back to a spanking clean room (sorry for the mess!) First night our WiFi was playing up, we reported the issue and the next morning the engineer was in to fix the problem. The staff were very helpful and kind. They were patient in answering all of our many questions, and always accommodating. We got one small water bottle to share between 4 people. Toilet paper was not refilled. They also charge way too much to provide a taxi to the airport. The rooms are large and clean, but the bed was lacking decent pillows. The service was amazing, it was so refreshing to see a hotel run by women in Morocco! The rooms do not have locks on the doors, but we felt safe enough to leave our things in the room while we were out (there is a safe in the room).
