« There was a slight mix up at the beginning of our trip - (The owners had not received confirmation of our booking until we arrived so they were not aware of any visitors enroute to them until we phoned when we were 5 minutes away!) « You can only rate everything with the most stars. The hostess is something you couldn't ask for. It got dark quite early for this time of year. No problem at all; we returned around 4:00 pm, enjoyed a pot of tea in the living room, and felt right at home. The Christmas tree greeted us upon arrival. « Had a weekend stay here for a friends wedding. Location is perfect for the De La Warr pavilion which was a 2min walk away. Studio situated behind a row of shops, look for Premier Stores as satnav took us to the wrong end of the road. Excellent communication from Roberto regarding check in & keysafe code. Choisi pour son tarif bon marché et sa proximité de l'aéroport, hélas il n''y avait pas de navette comme mentionnée dans l'annonce, trop loin pour effectuer cette distance à pied et aucune restauration sur place pour manger le soir... Nous avons dû prendre un Uber pour y venir et en partir, ainsi que nous faire livrer à manger, ce qui a vite fait monter la facture. Donc si vous êtes véhiculé allez y les yeux fermés. Si ce n'est pas le cas, choisissez la même chaîne d'hôtel situé au pied de l'aéroport pour quelques livres sterling de plus... "
