There is a washer and dryer in the condo. The public beach access is only a couple of blocks from the condo. Amenities include tennis, swimming pool and walking paths.

#### Ruhig und sicher gelegene Unterkunft

Die Lage der Unterkunft wäre sehr günstig für Strandferien, leider ist aber der direkte Zugang durch den Residents Beach Access verwehrt für nicht Marco Island Bewohner. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr gepflegte Wohnanlage mit gut eingerichteten Wohnungen. Der grosse Swimmingpool lädt zum Baden ein und bietet Abwechslung zum längeren Fussweg zum Badestrand. Insgesamt waren wir sehr Zufrieden mit unserm Ferienaufenhalt in Marco Island nach dem Hurrican Milton.
