Resort amenities include large elevated pool with fabulous ocean view, community clubhouse, outdoor grills, picnic spaces, and tiki huts. Fish leisurely along the seaside and use the fish cleaning stations dockside before grilling on the provided gas grills. Two stories of modern living space totaling about 850 sq. ft. The main floor is your living room, kitchen, and full walk in bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, extensive cabinetry, and breakfast island. Relax in the living room on the comfortable sleep sofa, or watch your favorite movies on the 65“ Smart TV with Roku.The top floor is the master bedroom with King bed, full bath, and Enjoy the ocean breezes on two private balconies on either side of the master bedroom. Relax in the comfortable seating area or get some work done at your own antique desk using the high speed WiFi. Plenty of space for your personal items in the glass mirrored dressers and two cabinets. Ceiling fans and adjustable air conditioner keeps you comfortable.
