  • Villa Murano for 14 plus guests, for families, for gatherings, for corporate retreats for celebrations, for a phenomenal stay.

    Villa Murano is designed for entertaining and for island relaxation; an all-in-one oasis. It boasts a saltwater infinity pool, an expansive rooftop patio, 75’ fishing and boating dock, a jacuzzi, high end amenities, wide smooth floors of white marble tile, top-of-the-line accommodations; and all situated beautifully between a waterway and golf course.

    We provide:
    - Fishing rods, bait and tackle.
    - Beach chairs and umbrellas.
    - Portable Bose stereos.
    - Wheeled beach coolers.
    - Pool toys, noodles, floats.
    - Pool and beach towels.
    - Board games and video games.
    - Boat ramp close by.
    - Hot dog and popcorn machines.

    Suites:
    4 Master suites: Capri, Venezia, Toscana and Verona.
    Each with a bedroom that includes king-sized bed, a queen-sized Murphy bed for extra guests, walk-in closet, a private bath with luxury amenities like Tommy Bahama soap shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer, a large sitting area, couch, coffee maker and mini bar, desk area and TV with Bose surround sound.

    2 additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds which share a bathroom.

    Inside the villa guests will find:
    – A fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove with a grill, an ice maker and a Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer.
    – A Media Room that contains a Play Station 5 (with games included) with 77” LG OLED and Bose surround sound and a queen-sized Murphy bed.
    – A conference area that seats 6. An office area with chair, desk and wifi printer.
    – A washer and dryer for guest use.
    – A rooftop deck with spectacular views!

    The grounds offer:
    – Lounging area equipped with a TV and Bose speakers for an amazing sound.
    – An outdoor kitchen with a grill, griddle, sink and dishwasher.
    – A 500 pound commercial ice machine.
    – A 60- foot Heated pool and Hot tub. Pool has vast amount of shallow water wading and seating areas.
    – A 40-foot dock.
    – Private gardens with quiet retreat areas.
    – Free parking for up to 5 vehicles.
    – Huge amounts of covered outdoor seating spaces.

Awesome house! All 3 floors are beautifully appointed and each bedroom had more than the needed amenities. AC units kept the place super cool, and we received great service while at the house. Ice machine made it great for fishing, dock was perfect for our boats and jet ski. Outdoor amenities were perfect. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed.

Perfect for a family vacation!

The home has AMPLE space for a large family! Within each of the four master suites was an additional bed, kitchenette, TV and living space. This was perfect for any family member that needed a little downtime and break from the rest of the family. The pool and outdoor living space was perfect for everyone to spend time together and don't miss out on deep sea fishing (or just taking one of the boats out) taking the boat right from the dock!

Absolutely the best service in the Keys!

My family and I have been going to the Keys for years renting different houses. But this year we were blown away with Villa Murano! Not only was the house wonderful, the service directly from the owners were superb. They were in contact with us every day asking us what we needed. It was like having our own concierge service. I highly recommend Villa Murano!

Marathon 2023

Villa Murano did not disappoint! It was palatial...from the beautiful tile throughout to the immense kitchen island to the spacious suites! Spectacular views from every room. The infinity pool and surrounding deck were amazing. It's the perfect place to hangout day or night! Richard was super accommodating, easy to reach and talk to and took care of us on a daily basis. A great host. A special thanks to Richard and Scott for our memorable last night on the water! We absolutely loved it!

Best Family Vacation

This was one of the best family vacations, starting prior to arrival. James was very attentive to our questions and accommodation requests. Upon arrival we were greeted and assisted throughout our vacation. The property is gorgeous. It felt like home. Many more amenities than expected. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and more. Pool heated and plenty of towels. Great entertainment sitting areas. Very spacious for a large group. As stated one of the best family vacations we have taken. Thank you James and Richard!

We absolutely loved this property!!! Would definitely recommend it to others. The house and grounds were perfect for our multi generation family vacation. It had wonderfully private suites for everyone with plenty of gathering space. The pool and outdoor space was a hit with the family. We even cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there. The fellas loved fishing right from the dock and caught many fish. We also rented a boat a docked it there for a few days. Richard, the Property Manger, and Jim, the Owner, took care of everytrhing we needed, mostly anticipating a families needs before we came. Didn’t need much while we were there. Check in and check out was super easy. The location is perfect. Just minutes away from Sombrero Beach, grocery stores and many different activities for the family.

Relaxation Station!

Villa Murano did not disappoint. Our group of retired railroaders and wives came with high expectations based on the VRBO listing and the property lived up to the description. Owner James and Property Manager Richard were accommodating, attentive and helpful during our stay. Five couples shared the property with plenty of privacy in our personal suites and lots of open common areas for socializing. Property is well equipped in the kitchen including paper goods, spices, condiments; all bathrooms were spotless with plenty of towels. Pool towels were washed and laid out each morning by Richard which was a nice bonus. Plenty of amenities to enjoy … fishing rods/bait, paddleboards, beach chairs/umbrella, noodles & netted floats and kayaks & life jackets which we used over several days of our vacation. By far the best feature from our perspective was the amazing 60 foot pool with hot tub. Temp was perfect every day with beautiful lighting for night swimming. The property also provides a golf cart which was convenient to nearby Sombrero Beach, Publix or the bank. Richard connected us to several local chefs. We hired Chef Heather MacDonald who prepared and served a delicious meal (and she managed to accommodate the various dietary needs of our aging group). All in all a delightful experience. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Rental!

We had a fantastic time in Marathon at Villa Murano. The house is perfect and Richard is available to meet all of your needs. We especially loved the pool area - it was incredible relaxing. The property has everything you need, whether you are entertaining a large crowd or just spending time with family.

Little slice of Paradise

If I could give this property 101 stars I would. Stayed for a week with my family and friends. The pool was absolutely perfect. Richard at the house was fantastic, easy check in and check out and made sure our stay was fabulous. House is better then the pictures, very spacious clean and open. We will definitely be back again!!

Awesome vacation

Our stay was fantastic. The property is beautiful and so spacious. The family from 1 year old to grandparents enjoyed every minute. The manager was extremely responsive. Everything you possibly need is provided. The stay was like being in a five star hotel. Pool was our favorite as it was nice and warm and there were kayaks and paddle boards supplied along with fishing gear. Golf cart also supplied and we used that to go to Sombrero beach. Awesome time.

Best house we have rented to date!

Everything was large and spacious! 4 master bedrooms was fabulous! Solid & sound proof doors inside and out was incredible! Pool and hot tub and outside patio area was our favorite gathering spot! The mechanic and property supervisor were incredible! Fixed our rental car with a smile! We have never had service like this! We are booking this house for our trip next year!!!! Good job everyone!

Absolutely wonderful! We went for a family vacation and this home greatly exceeded our expectations! Everything is as good or better than the pictures. On site management was exceptional. Wonderful Getaway

Everything you need for a wonderful vacation is on the property. We weren’t looking to go out a lot with a Covid surge over the holidays, and this offered the perfect place for 11 of us to enjoy a stress free family vacation

The home is perfect, especially for larger families. The home is stocked with everything you'll need, from towels to condiments to fishing gear to bikes and helmets to games and video games. A lot of thought went into this home. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is outstanding. Most importantly the on-site manager is extremely helpful and welcoming. A great home, and we will certainly return.
