This is the ideal location to get away with a small group, but still, have your own space to retreat. It was designed ideally for 3 couples but 4 couples can fit. Each beautiful unit has incredible sunset views of Boot Key Harbor from the balconies or porch.

The property has ample private parking in front of the house. Across the street, there is a gravel parking area that is on a 1st come basis. The backyard has a table for 6 for alfresco dining and a large grill to prepare the catch of the day. The property boasts 100 ft of sea wall with four boat slips. Each slip having shore power and water. Two boat slips will accommodate up to 50 ft boats. The two other slips will accommodate up to 36 ft boats. There is a fish cleaning table and water at the docks as well as an outdoor shower and outdoor bait freezer. Bring your own boats and enjoy the great location. The breezeway offers a table and two comfy chairs to enjoy a cool shady spot. You will also find a full bath with shower for convenience when spending time outdoors and the laundry facilities are right next to it.
