The room didnt have hot water for 2 days. Was finally turned on after complaining about it twice. It really never got hot. Food was ok. The buffet was mediocre. Also answered all of our questions super friendly and professional. This is my 3rd time coming back to las hadas. All of the employees are super nice and willing to help. The VIP was closed, had issues with reservations and they change the menu for 2 kids and made Quesadilla did not want to prepare the fish that they order, it was my birthday and it was a nightmare of dinner (Mediterranean), there's no entertainment. Only on Friday night they had music, kids activities were closed. They need more entertainment. I had a problem with my water and the next day it was sorted and I was moved to a larger room with hot water. The hotel has charm and dated elegance, it’s quirky things just don’t quite work properly but I quite liked that. I had fabulous black out blinds in my living room and bedroom but sadly the kitchen area had nothing which meant there was a lot of light coming in from that. I am very sensitive to light. I did try to cover it with a towel but it just didn’t work. The food is good enough. I would suggest B & B but New Years Eve was great as was a Mexican themed event last night. Staff are very friendly but very few speak English which for me was not a problem. I would go back again but not all inclusive.
