"Fantastic property with gorgeous views. I cannot think of anything the hosts had not thought of to provide, well stocked kitchen, power and charging outlets everywhere.Snorkel gear and beach shoes for everyone too.The lower level bathroom means you don't have to go through the house while you are down enjoying the water. The kayaks were fantastic to explore and watch the turtles in the bay.People should know it is about a ten minute drive to anything but the seclusion makes it quiet and peaceful. Also great for star gazing at night."

"We had a great stay at Brian’s villa in Treasure Cay. Very convenient location with a short walk to the beach/pool, nearby restaurants, and the golf cart being included was a huge plus. Brian was very responsive anytime we reached out to him and he did a great job at providing information regarding the nearby area and things to do and see. The beaches and water in Treasure Cay are the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. We will definitely be back!"

"This is an amazing property with an amazing view. Dock was well equipped for our boat, just make sure you tie up properly as there is a descent amount of boat traffic down the canal. I highly suggest renting the golf cart, it is way better than the rentals you can get on the island."

"The property is great and is as described. The beach is really just on the other side of the dunes. The kitchen is well-equipped with any tool or utensil you could need. Water pressure is great. There is an outdoor shower that was a welcome surprise as it is not shown in the pictures. I was slightly concerned about the 2nd bed as I also didn't see it in any of the pictures. When I inquired, Nick was quick to respond and explained that it is a fold-out bed that is tucked away inside the desk in the front room. We booked this property on a very last-minute whim and thought we'd only have Friday night and all day Saturday to enjoy it. When we determined that we didn't have to fly out until 3:00 PM on Sunday, we decided to squeeze in a very, very last-minute trip to Green Turtle Cay. Nick was very gracious to let us have a delayed check-out so that we didn't have to pack and take all our belongings to the ferry dock AND fly home covered in salt and sand. We were able to come back to the villa, pack, and get showered and refreshed before leaving. Communication was quick and helpful from start to finish. The only "issue" (if you can even call it that) was that the wifi password didn't work. We reported it and Nick had it resolved in minutes. Great service, great property, beautiful destination."

"This is an awesome little cottage perfect for 4 people. The beach, which is one of the most beautiful in the world, is only steps from the cottage. Everything was new and well equipped. Nice towels and sheets as well. Having not to worry about renting a golf cart was key. I would stay here again anytime."

"We LOVE the Razzle house! My 2nd stay here. This house has years of 5 star reviews, this is just a new listing. The views are incredible. Beach is amazing, prettiest one in Abaco. Skeeter, the boat captain & house mgr is the BEST. House is spacious & kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Host was quick to respond & friendly. I can’t say enough great things about this house. We got massages from Suzette with Island Spa. She’s mobile & set up in the living room which looked like we were out on the beach."

"Nice clean villa steps to the beach. As advertised. The only issue was the internet which kept dropping off. This trip was partly a work trip so a functioning internet was important to me. The host Yvette was very responsive via the text however individual answering the phone number provided at the property was not helpful at all. Would recommend unless internet is really impitoyable you"
