They have supportive staff to help and guide you. We stayed for one night because it is near to where we go the following day. It is SOP for them to check your room before you checkout and it is good that they gave to us what we left in their cabinet. Kudos to that roomboy who checked our room. My only negative observation is to be true on the rooms you published when customers booked for their rooms especially on the type or number of beds that will be in that room. My stay at Soleste Suites couldn't have gotten any better. Overall, my initial thoughts about the hotel and staff. 1. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Any requests or issues were resolved within the same day. 2. The hotel inside and out was flawless. The upkeep was excellent. There were no trash lingering or things out of place. 3. The food and service by the café staff was excellent. The staff were always smiling and very friendly. 4. The parking lot attendant/security guard was on point. They always directed traffic when leaving the parking lot, and helped us in with our luggage. 5. The speed of communication was fast. Response time almost immediate.
