« Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things: 1\. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to. 2\. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3\. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4\. Restaurant staff new our preferences after only one meal. 5\. Staff apologized to me when it was my fault I missed a class/activity. There’s more but, go experience it...

« This is a brand-new hotel, and honestly, I was very impressed by the level of service. Even though it’s an independent brand, the service easily matches that of major international hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent, with a strong focus on healthy options, and the fresh juices were especially refreshing. I stayed in the mezzanine villa, which was absolutely amazing. The spacious layout and the large bathtub were real highlights. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back. »

« Me and my family had a wonderful vacation at Sanggraloka Ubud. It had such a wonderful view of valley with the location only being 20 minutes away from Ubud Center. the farm has many spices collections, so they educate my children the name of spices that are usually used by Balinese people. »

"Bel hôtel situé à distance de marche du centre d'Ubud. Le personnel était attentionné et adorable. Bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres/salles de bains sont correctes, mais sans plus. Ce n'est bien sûr pas la faute de nos hôtes, mais il y a un chantier de construction fasse à l'hôtel donnant sur les balcons des chambres. C'est bruyant et l'intimité laisse un peu à désirer. Cela dit, nous recommandons tout de même cet hôtel. "

"Hôtel à environ 30 minutes en taxi du port. Villa 2 chambres avec piscine privée, très bien équipée, literie confortable, mais manquant un peu d’intimité à notre goût car vue plongeante depuis la piscine principale sur le séjour et le centre de la piscine privée. De même, il manque un peu de végétation d’un côté, ce qui implique aussi une vue sur la terrasse de la villa depuis le solarium. Enfin, nous aurions vraiment préféré qu’une paroi vitrée givrée ( même si elle ne fut pas toute hauteur) isole aussi visuellement un plus efficacement la salle de bain. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l’aise pour prendre une douche, surtout de nuit. Personnel parfait. Restauration correcte. Avons passé quand même un bon séjour."
