« Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. »

« We stayed over Memorial Day weekend in a suite, which was very nice and comfortable. We ate breakfast every morning in the lounge. We spend most of our free time on the Lake, so great parking space for our boat. Only thing that bothered us was the slamming of the exterior door on the west side of the building. »

« Clerk at check in was a grump. First automatic entry do was in a state of needing repair. Odd front desk location, no line of sight to greet guests. Requested some minor service which wasn’t handled well. Coffee pod restock (no decaf). No coffee cups. Kleenex box was empty. Towels and soap removed. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast buffet was good though not great. »

« The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean. Bed was satisfactory. River view was nice. Wonderful walking path adjacent to river for walkers! We would stay again. »

« We stayed here for Miami graduation. It was a little bit of a drive but the hotel was clean and comfortable: they had a great breakfast buffet and the rooms were clean. There are a couple of restaurants by the hotel and you drive country roads to get to the hotel. The room was not straightened up while we were out but that is ok. »
