Checked in and went to the room only to find someone's name on the tv welcome screen. Reported it several times. Took 4 days for it to be sorted. The was an issue with the air con in the room. Couldn't turn it down as temp just kept creeping up. Room was excessively hot even with the air con off. Had to open the door.

Excellent resort! Amazing healthy food all day. Best resort. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The photography place from manager to photographers were professional. I look forward to visiting again with all my children in few months.
