Nice holiday home with private pool, not far from the beach, free WiFi

The holiday home we took over in 2016 is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with private access and yet only 300 m from the wonderful sandy beach of the idyllic bay of Cala Mandia.
The house is built in Mallorcan style and offers space for four people on two floors, who can relax around the pool and on the large, shaded terrace and enjoy the vacation. The pool has a size of 8x3.5 meters (28 sqm) and invites you to swim at a depth of up to 1.80m. The pool is fenced on the property of the house is of course only personally accessible to you, so that pure relaxation is guaranteed.
Since the house is the second to last on the outskirts, you can also enjoy a great view of the countryside from the terrace.
The 104 m² of Casa Yelmo are distributed in a living room, dining room, guest toilet, utility room with washing machine and dryer and a well-equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with a balcony and a large bathroom.
A parking space in front of the house for a car (up to golf size) is also available. Larger cars can easily be parked on the spacious turning area at the entrance to the private road.
The house is comfortably furnished and offers everything you need for the most beautiful weeks of the year.
The terrace is equipped with a large table and plenty of chairs and sun loungers.
Our agency will be happy to provide a cot and high chair for the little ones on site if required.
The numerous shops and restaurants of the well-kept place are all within walking distance.
