4 bedroom awesome home in Manacor

Very close to the beaches of Porto Cristo is this fantastic, authentic vacation home. The large garden extends over 3500 square meters and has been lovingly landscaped. Both the furniture of the vacation home and the garden furniture are of high quality and were renewed in 2017 when the house was renovated. The location is quiet, but very close to the village center. The room layout of the cottage is very original and one of the bedrooms is located in the beautiful attic and has rustic wooden beams. The large glazed terrace allows you to spend a lot of time outside.

Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit.

Una estancia muy agradable

De un punto de vista general, la casa de Guillermo es una casa muy agradable para estancias relajantes : la distribucion de la casa es perfecta, pero segun yo, hay que tener ninos demasiado grandes para la tercera habitacion que esta un poco aislada para pequenitos. El aire condicionado es eficaz y basta ponerla cuando retrasamos. La piscina es muy agradable, el jardin y la vegetacion protegen de la carretera, el ruido de la ronda de Manacor no se oye mucho. La casa es muy bien equipada y las explicaciones son muy claras. Muchas gracias para estas prestaciones !! un solo pequeno comentario un poco negativo : en el fin de verano, pienso de los colchones de las hamacas et del salon de jardin necesitarian ser limpiados. Por supuesto parece ser un detalle, pero hay que pensar en tomar toallas de piscina y de playa para proteger no solo los muebles de jardin pero tambien nosotros. Fue un placer conocer Tomas y Guillermo, el propietario. Muchas gracias para todo !!
