Welcome to the amazing Snowcreek V – this luxurious mountain property has incredible mountain/meadow views. This tasteful home is the ultimate place for entertaining families/large groups. This is a great family location - safe, quiet, private, and peaceful.
This property offers easy self-check-in, private garage and parking for 3 cars, Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, private BBQ, and year-round access to the jacuzzi.

About the Space:
This well-loved property offers a grand Mammoth Mountain retreat. The home is an inviting 2375 sq. ft., two-story townhome, with beautiful unobstructed views of the Sherwin Mountain range. The home borders the Snowcreek golf course and Snowcreek meadow, great for hiking right outside your back door. This 4-bed, 4 full bath, home will comfortably sleep up to 10 people. The home feels spacious with vaulted ceilings and large open living area. The living room offers a comfortable couch with Smart TV, gas fireplace to keep warm during the cold winter months, a dining room table with ample seating, and a private patio with BBQ, overlooking the beautiful mountain views. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked making a perfect space to cook a delicious meal for the whole family.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level, upstairs. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with vaulted ceilings, and closet space. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, also with vaulted ceilings, and single over single bunk beds, also with closet space. Off the upstairs hallway are two full bathrooms, one with a standing shower, the other with a tub/shower and dual vanity area.
Downstairs, on the first level of the home, are the two primary bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, gas burning fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The second primary bedroom downstairs is also ensuite, with a king-sized bed, ample closet/dresser space, and a shower/tub. Both downstairs bedrooms have sliding glass doors with deck access overlooking the meadow.
In the downstairs hallway, is the private laundry area. Each bedroom in the home has TVs with either cable, Chromecast, or Smart TV capabilities. Off the downstairs is access to the private 2-car garage.
Just outside of the complex, on the main road, is the town bike bath, and free town shuttle stop, making easy access to the mountain and the entire town.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.
