With modern conveniences and access to Snowflower's great amenities, it's a perfect year-round retreat. Layout & Sleeping Arrangements The entry level features both bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and confortalbe king size beds. The third floor loft, open to the living room below, provides additional sleeping with two twin beds and a queen bed—ideal for families or groups. Living & Kitchen On the second floor, the open living room, dining area, and kitchen create a warm gathering space. The living room includes a pellet stove, a large TV, and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for meals at home, while the dining area seats the group comfortably. A third full bathroom is also on this level. Amenities This home is equipped with 4 TVs. A washer/dryer is provided in the unit for convenience. Pellet stove with pellets provided. Two outdoor parking spaces are available (no buses, RVs, trailers, or towed vehicles allowed). Complex & Location Snowflower Resort offers a year-round hot spa and sauna, a summer-only heated pool and tennis court, and on-site laundry. The scenic meadow location provides beautiful surroundings and easy access to bike paths, fishing, golf, the Mammoth Community Recreation Center, and the free Red Line shuttle into town and to the slopes. Please note: No pets are allowed due to severe allergies in the owner's family. Unfortunately, it was infested with bees and it looked like the association knew about it beforehand as there were a lot of dead bees in the window seals. Just a heads up, there wasn’t enough paper towels and dish washer pods for our stay. Also bring your own pillows. The pillows provided were very flat and uncomfortable. ##### Nate G. Unit needs maintenance on doors, toilets, broken counter, and other minor things. Most of the closets were locked for owner leaving very little storage for guests. There was a note to use the outside closet for ski gear, but it was locked and no key available even though there was a sign that said so. Needed more blankets and pillows, so bring your own. Property management did not provide enough toilet paper, towels, no detergent, or cleaning supplies. Also the property inspector was extremely rude to my daughter and her disabled husband. And when called regarding the keys, they were dismissive. Overall it is a nice unit and great location. ##### Tammy W.
