This corner unit offers a cozy 2 bedroom, plus alcove, 2 full bath condo in a great location providing convenient access to both the Village and Lakes Basin access. This mountain home with forest setting offers a full kitchen perfect for cooking meals in with friends and family, and a private deck. Get cozy around the gas fireplace and watch the large flat screen TV, or surf the Web using complimentary WiFi! The sofa offers a pull out bed for additional sleeping. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, an attached bath and a forest view. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with a full shared bath, and the additional alcove sleeping area offers another Queen bed which can be closed off with the curtains. This unit comes with one assigned public garage parking space. Additional guest parking is available on a first come, first serve basis, but is VERY limited (garage clearance is 6' 6"). This unit is pet friendly. One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. The Crestview complex has a free shuttle stop located right outside this building, and is walking distance to the Village. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great Access to Canyon Lodge

This condo was very spacious and comfortable for our family (including a dog). The condo is a little dated but everything was very clean. To check in, you pick up the keys from the property management office a little over a mile away and also drop off the keys there at check out. The parking is underground, which is really nice for those stormy days. Toiletries are provided, fully stocked kitchen, and various board games were available. The condo is located right in front of the shuttle to Canyon Lodge (blue line, stop #79) and when returning home from Canyon, is one of the first stops back, which was very convenient. We were very comfortable here!

Lots of voices and walking around, slamming doors. opening and closing the sliding door. The first night we finally had peace at 12:30am the second night it was not until 2:30.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I knew about the hallway bed going in, but it was still a little weird. Also a broken box spring. Despite the questionable bed, husband and I still slept well, even better than expected.The only other drawback was the noise level from the upstairs neighbor. I suspect it was not carpeted and furniture movements were extra loud. It was probably worse due to the specific renters (I think they slept in their shoes?!), but likely annoying with anyone staying upstairs.Otherwise comfortable for four adults and two kids, with very easy access to the canyon bus and village. Covered parking for one car included, and other car had to find what they could.

Definitely a Party unit , Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was nice and I won’t say the add was misleading but I’ll say I didn’t pay close enough attention to the pictures. So that’s my fault if I had an issue on the description. The problem was that the unit smelled pretty bad, it wasn’t a food smell or anything like that, it smelled like cigarettes and chemical, not the cleaning type either. It felt and smelled like a party unit, and I know that smell. Also the pillows and blankets smelled and I have a rash on my arms and neck since staying there. I began itching the morning after the first night we stayed. Other that that was ok. But I definitely will not recommendl

Rental close to Canyon lodge.

This property is very close to mammoth ski lodges, especially Canyon lodge. While I would not want to walk to Canyon lodge in ski boots from the property, you definitely could. Another great thing about the property is that it has an out cove. My wife and I stayed with another couple and a single friend. Because of the out cove we all essentially had our own room. Which is very uncommon for ski rentals. One thing that I did not like is the parking. The rental sleeps 6 but only assigns one parking spot. They have first come first serve parking for other cars but most of the "street parking" that is available is assigned to other properties. Lastly, some of the unit could be upgraded, i.e the beds and pillows, stereo set, etc. Overall the unit was good and I would stay there again

The property was not thoroughly cleaned! Found a dirty fork by the bedroom with a twin bed in the middle of the floor and a used tissue paper at the entryway next to the logs. The amenities needs an update especially the TV’s. We came in a snowstorm this weekend and all the activities we had was canceled and would be nice to have at least a tv that works, we called and the maintenance came next day and can’t make it work. A smart tv would be nice so we don’t have to rely on the properties cable provider to watch. This unit is directly above someone else’s so you can here peoples footsteps and the unit above us was up all night and if you’re a light sleeper be ready to get awaken in the middle of the night. We like going to Mammoth yearly every winter but this property is definitely off our list.
