Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club #66 fully renovated

MSRC Unit 66 has been through a complete renovation as of 11/2017. This one bedroom has a fully enclosed loft making it a private bedroom. It also has two beautifully renovated bathrooms condo. This condo has some of the best, breath taking views in the entire complex! Living room is complete with a flat screen TV, DVD player, new gorgeous custom fireplace and couches (no sleeper sofa). The dining room area is directly off the kitchen with your own private balcony. This condo is close to seasonal pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, rec room and office.

Maximum Occupancy: Great for a large family/large group of 6.

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom is complete with a king size bed plus flat screen smart TV and has a ceiling fan. The enclosed private loft has king size bed with bunk beds (queen bottom and twin top) plus a flat screen TV and ceiling fan.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! This condo is on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: Unit 66 has an overlooking view of the Mountains right from its balcony!

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Great condo for our winter stay

Our family of 5 loved our stay at this Condo for a January weekend. It was completely clean, stocked with towels, soap, and more than enough of the basics needed in the kitchen. We had a beautiful view from the balcony, and we were able to walk to Canyon Lodge and an easy drive to the Village. Overall, amazing stay!

Great location and amazing views

this is a great place for a family or two couples. The location is right at the base of one of the lodges and a short drive to the village. Parking is inside a garage but only one space per condo, so if you have more than one car parking is a little more challenging, but the office was wonderful and very helpful getting us another spot close by. The condo was very clean and updated, the two bedrooms are roomy and the living area is perfect size for 6 people. The view is amazing, you look out over the whole valley, but with a good view comes lots of stairs. Its 3 flights of stairs to get to the front door, so don't over pack because its a long hike to do multiple trips. The club house was nice, hot tub and sauna were right next door, so the walk at night in 10 degree weather was no big deal. Will rent again.

Great location!

Location of units is great! Since each are individually owned some are more dated than others but our unit was still well stocked in the kitchen and comfortable. Jennifer in the office is awesome! You have a garage parking spot which is great! A few downfalls, our kitchen only had one towel and no extra paper towels. Also the water heater is super small so quick showers or you run out of water quickly! There isn't an elevator either so be ready for lots of stairs! Overall great stay!!

Need improvement

There is not enough hot water for shower for everyone. After one person finishing shower, the second person only has warm water for few minutes or has to shower with cold water. We already informed the office after our first night but no one comes to fix the problem.
