With vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, luxury vinyl throughout and serene forest views, the space offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for families and groups alike. The split-level floor plan provides both comfort and privacy, and has been fully renovated to provide comfort, mountain luxury and all the conveniences you'll need. The top floor features the open plan main living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as one bedroom with a King bed and a shared full bathroom with shower, custom cabinetry vanity and quartzite counters. The fully remodeled kitchen with beautiful granite counters and custom cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances, is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and entertain with ease. After a day on the slopes or hiking nearby trails, unwind in the spacious living area by the gas fire, with sectional sofa with a Queen memory foam sleeper, and enjoy a movie on the large flatscreen TV. The dining area offers ample seating for eight, making it perfect for gathering with family and friends. New heating system throughout the home. Enjoy a private balcony deck with peek-a-boo views of the mountains, and a quiet forest setting. Downstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms: the primary bedroom has a King bed with pillowtop mattress, flat screen smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, custom cabinetry vanity and quartzite counters. The third bedroom features one Full bed and one Twin bed, and a mounted flatscreen smart TV. The final fourth bedroom with bunk beds has a Twin over Twin bunk, plus a Twin over Full bunk for a total of 4 beds. But the unit itself was very dated and not clean (ex: we found a box of chicken nuggets under a bed!). The TV in the main room is small and has 2 permanent lines on it. The other TVs did not work. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare and eat meals, and the living room had lots of comfy seating. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the hosts were helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. A huge bonus was two storage closets for all of our ski and snowboard gear. Only one room has a ceiling fan. We came here at the beginning of Aug and. IT WAS HOT! We did not know that there was no AC in this unit when we booked. Secondly, the electricity went out downstairs (where 3 bedrooms are) for an entire day/night. Thirdly, there is no management to talk to after business hours, so if something happens (like electricity going out), it cannot get taken care of until the next day- A BIG INCONVENIENCE. Good Points: This unit is REALLY close to the Village. No driving to the village was a plus. We ate and rented bikes there and walked each time. ##### Rupal L. I've stayed in many properties in Mammoth and this one wasn't bad. Some peculiarities were the fact there was no soap in the place, no tissue boxes. This was the first time I've experienced that in the places i stay in mammoth. The place was a good rental for the most part, a little dated, but clean and location was perfect. Probably could have used a fan or two in the place, as it was hot. One other thing was the pool is not heated so take note, even on hot days the water is cold. ##### Louis B.
