WIFI! Welcome to Hidden Valley! This 1-bedroom condo is in a great location – walking distance to the Village at Mammoth. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, massage, entertainment and the Gondola to Canyon Lodge! You can park your car and walk or take the free town shuttle to anywhere you need to go in town! This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, HOA amenities including jacuzzis, a sauna, and seasonal pool and BBQ. Enjoy this charming property for your next Mammoth vacation. About the Space: This beautifully remodeled, luxury Hidden Valley condo has everything you need for your next vacation. Nestled in the woods, this property provides the true Mammoth experience of a quiet property tucked into the trees. The open living area has beautiful new hardwood floors throughout, comfortable furniture, including a couch with a pull-out sofa, and a wood burning stove – a great way to wind down after a long day adventuring in Mammoth. The kitchen is nicely updated with solid stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen! The bedroom has a king-sized bed and designated workspace with a desk, chair and lamp. Off the bedroom is an ensuite oversized vanity and closet, connected to the bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower and vanity. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, fire starter, matches, and firewood. Firewood is located on the deck. Make your next visit to Mammoth unforgettable! Guest Access: You will have the entire condo to yourselves. The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Hidden Valley. There are 2 jacuzzis, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), and shared coin-op laundry facilities. There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Park in any open spot in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle. \*Please note, the pool will be closed for construction June 2025 for at least 4 weeks. Other Details to Note: Please note that this complex is EXTREMELY NOT PET FRIENDLY. The HOA does not allow pets at this property. The condo is small. Great for a couple. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. I would add a pair of scissors. The bed was comfortable. The fireplace was great at heating up the entire place. The only issue we had was the bathroom toilet and rugs were not properly cleaned when we arrived. I should also point out I am a clean freak. The property is near town walking distance which is nice.
