This stunning modern townhome is part of the newest phase of the Snowcreek community, Creek House at Snowcreek Resort. Built with top-notch amenities, mountain modern interiors and not to mention scenic views of Mammoth Mountain, the White Mountains and Sherwin Mountain views. The entire living area is on the 2nd floor offering views from every room and ultimate privacy. Upgrades include stainless steel furnishings, luxurious carpet and high end faux wood tile throughout, a gourmet kitchen and grand master, custom railings and vaulted ceilings making this the ultimate Mountain Modern getaway. The living room offers a large flatscreen smart TV, cozy gas fireplace, and access to the front deck with private BBQ grill and seating area to watch the sunset on the Mountain. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa offering additional sleeping accommodations. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area provides the perfect space for social dining and ample seating for everyone with dining table for 6 and additional barstool seating for 4. Cook like a pro in the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and gas range, you'll feel right at home. The master bedroom is the ultimate in luxury featuring a King bed, flatscreen TV, views of the White Mountains, en-suite spa-like bathroom with dual vanity, freestanding soaking tub and walk-in shower. Complete with a desk and home office area if you must get some work done while on vacation. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, also with flatscreen TV, mountain views with access to the shared deck and access to the shared hallway full bathroom. The third and final bedroom features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and second home office space with desk for a private work space, and access to the shared hallway full bath with shower/tub combo. There is a powder room on this level, as well as full laundry room with washer/dryer for added convenience. Complete with a private 2-car garage. The garage height is 95in or 7ft 11in. Entry mud room and driveway for an additional vehicle, and guest parking right across the drive. This is a corner, upstairs townhome full of natural bright light and with no adjoining walls and no one below, you can enjoy the peace and serenity all to yourself! If modern mountain luxury is your idea of the perfect Mammoth Mountain vacation, then look no further with this new build at Creek House at Snowcreek Resort. In the Summer the community offers beautiful landscaping and a central grassy area, perfect for the kids to get outside and run around. It’s in a quiet and centrally located development and we appreciated the community hot tub after our ski days. I love that humidifiers are located in each bedroom as Mammoth’s air can be very dry.

The location couldn’t have been better - just minutes from the downtown shopping area and close to the lakes, which made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.The condo was modern, spotless, and very well-maintained. The kitchen had top-of-the-line appliances and everything was in excellent working condition. The space is bright and open, with a spacious layout. The master suite is large and private, with the ability to close it off for added quiet and comfort.We appreciated the small balcony, which came with a clean Weber grill. While the balcony was a bit on the small side, especially for summer when we wanted to spend more time outdoors, it would be a non-issue during the winter months when most of the time is spent indoors.A definite bonus was the access to a nearby gym, which we made good use of during our stay.Overall, this was a wonderful rental—clean, stylish, and in a prime location. We’d happily stay here again!

Clean and new townhouse

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and new. It had the basics that our family needed for a nice four day ski trip. The only complaint is that the bedrooms tend to remain very cold despite the heater being on and the living area getting uncomfortably hot. The only partial solution we came up with was sleeping with the bedroom doors open to allow the heat from the living area to come into the bedrooms. The unit could have used a few more towels (there were eight exactly), but there was a washer we used to launder them as needed. We had a problem with wind/ice getting through one of the bedroom windows, but maintenance came and was able to fix the seal and the issue was resolved. Overall, a very nice unit in a great location.

The whole unit is beautifully appointed and it has 3 lovely bedrooms (all with views of the mountains). The bedrooms have comfortable beds and are plenty spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is close to town, so we were spoiled for choice when eating out. Plus, the condo is stocked with games, so we spent our time after dinner playing many games of Yahtzee. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
