Deluxe Remodeled Home, Near Shuttle Stops, Shops, Ice Rink & Bowling

This spacious and modern 2 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom condo has been completely remodeled top to bottom and features high-end appliances, finishings, and flooring throughout. The living room has a large 55" TV, wood-burning fireplace, and large sectional sofa that can seat the entire family.

The custom kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and tasteful pendant lighting, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with ALL of the essentials to prepare your meals.

The master bedroom downstairs features a King bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and private en suite remodeled bathroom with standing shower. The second downstairs bedroom offers a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and access to an adjacent hallway bathroom which has also been totally remodeled and upgraded. The upstairs loft has 4 twin beds, a 42” flatscreen TV and private remodeled bathroom. This area is perfect for the kids or a group of singles!

The outdoor balcony overlooks the complex picnic area that features a new pool, jacuzzi, picnic tables, gas grills (Summer only), and tennis court. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

The condo comes with free high speed WiFi, and sleeps a maximum of 8 people. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 16 stairs to the condo, 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Room for improvement

a couple of things could be improved: - mattress in master bedroom is terrible. It’s very uneven and We could not sleep well at all any of the 3 nights. - check out is at 10am (too early) and we had the cleaning guy open our door and come in at 9:50am, although we had already called and gotten approval tod stay until 10:30am. The whole thing feel super rushed. - the janitor at this complex has some ‘authority’ issues. Our kids were playing in the game room which closes at 10pm and he kicked them out around 9:30pm with a pretty bad attitude. Next day something similar happened and his attitude wasn’t the best either. Please teach this guy some customer service skill since he’s working in hospitality. - check in process could be improved. The personnel at the office were very nice though.

Nice, quite location...

The area was nice and quite however the neighborhood kids have access to the facilities. The unit was nice but the fans were so dirty we had to clean the bedroom fans before turning them on. There was a fan that blew into the dining room from the upstairs which was very noisy. Overall I would recommend the unit. They need to give new sponges at the beginning of every stay. Some cleaning supplies would be helpful as well as an iron and plug for sink. Had to go to mammoth reservations to get more toilet paper. For the price, better paper products are expected.

no air conditioning

The property was very clean, and nicely redone inside. The pictures make this place look much more spacious than it actually is though. We came with all three of my grown adult children and their 2 small kids. It was tight to hang out in if everyone wanted to be together. We weren’t there for very long so it wasn’t an issue but had we stayed longer it probably would have been. One thing that I didn’t realize when I booked it was that there is no air conditioning in this unit. My bad! It didn’t end up being an issue for us though bc the days we were there were not that hot and we opened up all the windows and it cooled off. However, the upstairs room was quite a bit hotter and my son slept on the couch because of it. If you run hot, you may want to think about this. Also something no one seemed to mention on the reviews was that the condo looks out over a trailer park from the bedrooms! Like literally into a trailer park back yard, and it’s not nice! They do have blinds on the windows so as long as you don’t want to look out at nature, you’re good! My number one complaint is that checkin was not until 5!! I think it’s absolutely RIDICULOUS that you have to pay for an entire day when in fact you don’t get an entire 24 hours, or even close. We came up on a Friday and checked out on Sunday. We had to be out by 11, I believe. We paid over 800.00 for basically one and a half days. Completely ridiculous! I had asked for an early checkin but was told they couldn’t bc others were checking out. Most places I’ve stayed checkin is at 3. Still not great but way better than 5! Im not sure we would stay here again bc of this reason. It feels like a waste of money. Other than that it was a seamless stay. The area was mostly quiet and the master bed and furnishings were very comfortable.

Sunshine Village Rental

The property was well maintained, very clean, well appointed with amenities, and the location was ideal.....easy to walk to many downtown restaurants and shops and and shuttle to ski resorts close by. Very pleased with the accommodations and had a very pleasant stay with the family. Was very comfortable and would rent again.

Great Mammoth getaway!

The property was everything that was promised: convenient, beautifully decorated, and perfect for two families to share. Only complaint was that the bed in the second bedroom was a little firm, but the rest of the place was perfect. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again!
