Extra amenities include private two-car garage parking, with secure storage for sporting equipment, and a EV ( electric vehicle ) charging station ( NEMA 14-50 , 40A 240V - guest needs to bring charger to charge vehicle themselves but the outlet to charge is available ). All within a short walk to lifts and trails, Canyon Lodge and the Village. \*Please note that there is no direct entrance from the garage to the townhome. One must walk outside the front door of the unit to gain entrance to/from the garage.
